LOVE IS IN THE AIR
Love Is in the Air is an immersive exhibition by Hatari x Habits Design Studio that invites visitors to reflect on a simple question:
How can everyday design care for both our comfort and our emotions?
The exhibition is inspired by the Thai word âfan,â which means both a cooling device and a loved one.
Through this dual meaning, the electric fan is reimagined not merely as an appliance but as a quiet companionâone that stays with us through ordinary days and meaningful moments in life.
The journey unfolds across four spaces, each representing a stage of love and exploring how design can move in rhythm with human emotions.
Airflow, light, color, sound, and movement come together to create experiences that shift from softness and excitement to intensity and lasting calm.
First Love - The Gentle Breeze
The beginning of the journey. A soft, warm, and calming space that reflects the innocence of first love â like a gentle breeze filled with freshness, curiosity, and the quiet joy of new beginnings.
Love at First Sight â Instant Spark
A moment when emotion arrives without warning.
This space captures the rush of instant attraction â the butterflies, the heightened senses, and the excitement of discovering something new in a split second.
Passionate Love - Cyclone Wind
The emotional peak of the journey. Strong airflow and dynamic movement express passion, intensity, and devotion â the kind of love that moves fast, feels powerful, and takes over both body and mind.
True Love - Forever in the Wind with Confidence
The final space brings the journey to a calm and reflective close.
Visitors are invited to pause, write messages to themselves or their loved ones, and reflect on love that is steady rather than dramatic â a relationship built on trust, understanding, and quiet confidence.
The experience concludes with a focus on sustainability, highlighting fan recycling and the transformation of used materials into new forms.
The showcase and shop corner from Habits Design Studio allow visitors to explore selected Hatari products and receive recycled-plastic souvenirs â carrying forward the idea that thoughtful design can care for people today while remaining mindful of the future.
