The "Nang Loeng Menu" project is a compilation of standout menus from both old and new restaurants in the Nang Loeng neighbourhood. It aims to highlight the culinary identity of the community, particularly its food culture, through service and product design at Bangkok Design Week 2023. After its previous exhibition, user feedback indicated a positive impact on small businesses in the area. Therefore, this year, the project introduces the "Nang Loeng Menu HUNT!" a simple community guide that accompanies Nang Loeng menus for self-guided neighbourhood exploration. A pilot version will be used during Bangkok Design Week 2024. to collect user data and feedback for further development, the ultimate goal is to create a neighbourhood-specific guidebook to generate income for the community in the future.
