Manga, originating in Japan, has undergone extensive and continuous evolution in terms of format, identity, and diverse content contexts. These aspects have elevated manga to become one of Japan's significant soft powers, influencing both the entertainment industry and artists in Thailand. This cultural fusion has bolstered economic value and facilitated exports to international markets. Thailand Creative & Design Center (TCDC), under the Creative Economy Agency (CEA), orchestrated the "Creative & Design Showcase" project, encompassing the theme "Thai Manga Spotlight." This initiative aimed to spotlight the capabilities of Thai artists, enhancing their recognition. Furthermore, the event sought to inspire the creation and development of Thai comic artworks capable of evolving into a global creative industry.
