Scoops of local foods

An ice cream festival designed with food and flavors from local shops. Participants will gain new experiences from the taste of local food. Hua Lamphong has many interesting food menus, such as Ama Cho Keng's Khanom Pakkad (turnip cake) and mango with sweet fish sauce from a local resident that is also distributed to other areas. Other examples include Uncle Dao Thai Dessert Shop, tofu pudding in ginger syrup, Ratchanee papaya salad, and Chokdee pork floss. Many of these shops are not yet well known. Therefore, we want to adapt these various menus into ice cream flavors so that participants can try these new tastes, inspiring them to explore the food from these original restaurants.
