Recycled Art on Recycled Boat

𝗥𝗲𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗶𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝘆 𝗟𝘂𝗱 𝗔𝗯𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘂𝗱 An exhibition from a multi talented Dutch born, Asia based artist who uses a lot of recycled and reclaimed materials and giving them new life in the form of art pieces, bar design and festival stages. He is know for his larger then life art installations and intriguing stages at several music festivals here in Asia and in Europe like the owl stage at Mystic valley, Dragon stage at Kolour in the park, the Water castle at Jaithep festival or Chiwowwahtown in Australia, to name a few. But perhaps you may have seen his work at some clubs/bars like Bangkok Island where he did some of the designs and VHS club were he was responsible for the whole new look and theme. He and his team always thrive to use as much recycled and reclaimed materials to make the art work come alive. In 2016 he build a house at this artist community in Amsterdam completely made from materials that he found on the streets. The aim is to inspire people to see “trash and waste materials” in a different way and see the possibilities of these items and how we can re-use them and reduce our carbon footprint by using what's already here. For this exhibition he made a series of sea dragons and some reclaimed wood installations inspired by Bangkok Island and the Chao Praya river. -- www.ludabsolud.com -- @lud_absolud  ____ **Free entrance** Wednesday to Sunday 5pm-11pm 🔜 Closing event Sunday 13 February with DJ VAS + KOISH + LUD
