‘Made in Charoenkrung’ project aims to develop the old traditional businesses in the Charoenkrung district and their artisan skills to produce contemporary products. By pairing the ‘Old and New generation’ to ‘co-operate’ these special versions pieces. This will help the ‘old’ see the possibilities and creative potential of the districts, allowing them to learn and develop their business to sustain. The 3rd year of Made in Charoenkrung is back with the topic ‘Last Generation’. This year the focus is on the diminishing businesses with no successors due to the change in consumer behaviour, technology replacement and COVID-19 impact.
