Aydropper Fill is a company that uses design knowledge and skills to create a society of understanding and empathy. This time, we have collaborated with the Health Promotion Foundation (Thai Health) to raise awareness and understanding of mental health stigma, which is prevalent in society. In this exhibition, attendees will explore the topic through four zones: Zone 1: “To Provide Knowledge” features an infographic created in partnership with psychologists to clarify the definition of mental health stigma. Zones 2 and 3: “To Build Understanding” showcase 60 artworks from a therapeutic art workshop themed “Stuck in the Mind,” depicting experiences of stigma from close ones and society, which impact mental health. Zone 3 will also screen a 60-minute documentary sharing the stories of three psychiatric patients who have overcome stigma, providing insight into the roots of stigma and paths to recovery. Zone 4: “Call to Action” not only informs but also includes psychological exercises for attendees to engage in self-reflection, allowing them to apply this knowledge in their daily lives.
