“Wish Upon a Star” is a heartwarming project inspired by the tale of Dao-Rueng (Marigold), a little star that fell to Earth by accident. When the time came for Dao-Rueng to return to the vast expanse of space, the star left behind blessings and the promise to grant wishes. In celebration of the Valentine's Day festival, this project invites everyone to participate in the enchanting tradition of gifting flowers to Dao-Rueng in exchange for a single wish and a love prediction. The project aims to spread love, hope, and joy among participants, bringing a magical touch to the season of romance. This project is an experimental design from the Community Architecture course by second-year students from the Faculty of Architecture, Silpakorn University. These projects explore new possibilities for developing the creative economy in the Pak Khlong Talat area.
