This special annual project aims to encourage students to showcase their potential and skills through collaboration between educational institutions, designers, private organizations, and government agencies, with the hope of preparing the new generation to fully enter the creative industry. This year, 10 faculties/departments from 9 educational institutions have been tasked with working with EM District, a world-class shopping mall in the heart of Sukhumvit. The project is overseen by The Head and The Heart Studio, a design studio specializing in branding design, along with Simon Pillard, a creative director from The Mall Group and an expert in design, branding, and fashion, and Thiranop Wangsilpakun, a designer specializing in concept and graphic design and founder of TNOP DESIGN, who will be consulting the students in the production of their work from start to finish. Everyone will see 10 art installations under the theme ‘Here, _____________ Everyday,’ which tell the story of Bangkokian lives that are inseparably connected to shopping malls. This exhibition will invite viewers to think about what we can do at the mall every day to heal our minds. All works are displayed at EM District, the BTS Skywalk, and Emsphere—a shopping mall in the EM District Complex.
