Culture is the result of ordinary human activities, but the public tends to value traditional culture more than folk culture. Cultures are alive, vivid, dynamic and not restricted by time or the process of modernization. The transformation of culture also creates satisfying artistic results. Therefore, this project presents unique observations of people’s daily experiences. Conceptually and figuratively, the buildings in the landscapes float between abstract and photography, always in the process of construction and transformation. The project focuses on the perspective of everyday folk culture to the traditional culture of the creator's background and experience. It uniquely combines designs and references of cultural collision, imaginations born from meditation, and lived experiences. We are as much an ever-changing illusion as an expression of the classical design rules. Taiwanese designers have started paying more attention to Thai-style cultural creation over the past few years, with the more profound and broader cooperation in art and design between Taiwan and Thailand. The project invites Thai and Taiwanese designers to produce creations inspired by life in Thailand that capture elements from daily life and real experiences. The project expects to explore cross-cultural and multidisciplinary designers to see how Thai culture enriches them and how mixing the soil of Taiwan and Thailand can grow gorgeous flowers.
